The Court of Appeal is expected to begin hearing arguments today to determine if entertainer Vybz Kartel and his co-appellants should be retried. Kartel, whose real name is Adidja Palmer, Shawn Campbell otherwise called Shawn Storm, Andre St. John and Kahira Jones had their murder convictions quashed by the Privy Council in March.
