It is expected to be known this afternoon if dancehall entertainer Vybz Kartel and two of his co-appellants will be released from prison. The ruling is to be delivered at the Supreme Court at 2 PM today. Meantime, there is heightened security presence near the Supreme Court in downtown Kingston.
