When a G from Portmore and a Spanish town original come together to make a record, it is felt on a cosmic level. Both genuinely being fans of each other’s music, Runkus and Chronixx created an anthem to help us “represent where we come from.” That place being the Divine Source; the Almighty. With the music produced by Toddla T, a “cosmic record” like this could only be accompanied by an identical video shoot experience.
What looked like hard torrential rain started pouring down during the middle of the shoot, Runkus and his team felt a sense of unease. However the editor smiles and says, “a just the blessings, it soon stop”.
Shortly after, the sun came out and so did the people of Runkus’s community, to witness high energy performances from both artists.
“It was in this moment I remembered the divine place where we come from,” Runkus said smiling to the sky.
It is an intense performance video, fused with original outtakes from VHS footage. This was a special moment for everyone.
